Your affirmative act of using our website located at bubi.fun (and all associated sites linked to it) or services ("bubi.fun") signifies that you agree to the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree, do not use bubi.fun. bubi.fun is the property of HJL Solutions Limited ("us," "we," or "our").

1. Changes to the Terms of Use

We may change these Terms of Use at any time. If you continue to use bubi.fun after we post changes to these Terms of Use, you are signifying your acceptance of the new terms. You will always have access to our Terms of Use and will be able to check it at any time. By reloading this page, you will have the most up-to-date version available to bubi.fun users.

2. Changes to bubi.fun

We may discontinue or change any service or feature on bubi.fun at any time without notice. We do not guarantee backward compatibility of our services and Application Programming Interface (API) in this case.

3. Ownership of Information; License to Use bubi.fun

Unless otherwise noted, all rights, titles, and interests in bubi.fun, and all information made available through bubi.fun or our services, in all languages, formats, and media throughout the world, including, but not limited to, all copyrights and trademarks therein, are the exclusive property of HJL Solutions Limited, our affiliates or our Data Providers.

Except as otherwise expressly permitted, we do not permit commercial usage of any of our services or APIs. We make no warranty and assume no obligation or liability for third party services or software.

4. Registered Users

Certain services are available only to registered users of the bubi.fun website and require you to sign in with a username and password to use them. If you register as a user (a "Subscriber") of any of the features of bubi.fun, during the registration process you may be prompted to click "Register Now", "Submit" or a similar button; your clicking on such button will further confirm your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.

In consideration of your use of the bubi.fun website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving bubi.fun services under the laws of the United Kingdom or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the bubi.fun's registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

5. Subscription Services

bubi.fun offers subscription-based services that provide access to premium features, including but not limited to automated trading playbooks, advanced charting tools, and AI-powered market analysis. By subscribing to any of our paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes that might be applied. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

Subscription fees and credits are non-refundable. Credits are not redeemable for cash or any other value, and unused credits are not refunded when a subscription ends. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use bubi.fun to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of bubi.fun or any other systems or networks connected to bubi.fun

7. Intellectual Property

The bubi.fun service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), is owned by HJL Solutions Limited, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HJL SOLUTIONS LIMITED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HJL Solutions Limited and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services or contact us to request account deletion.
