What is bubi and how does it work?

bubi is an AI-first trading platform. You build automated trading strategies — playbooks — either yourself or together with bubi, test them against historical data, then run them on your own broker or prop firm account. bubi executes the rules you wrote; it never decides a trade of its own.

What is a credit?

Credits are the single balance that pays for everything bubi does for you — your AI partner agent, simulations, and hosting a connected trading account. Every plan includes a set number of credits each month, and you choose how many when you subscribe.

What uses credits?

Three things: working with your AI partner agent, running simulations, and keeping a connected trading account hosted and running. All three come out of one balance, so there are no separate quotas to juggle — a quiet month on simulations simply leaves more for everything else.

Do my unused credits roll over?

Credits roll over for 1 month on monthly plans, or until one month after the end of your annual plan.

Can I buy more credits if I run out?

Yes. You can top up on demand at any time, on any plan — you don't have to upgrade to get more.

Can I change how many credits I get each month?

Yes. Pick your monthly amount when you subscribe, and change it whenever you like from Plans & Credits in your settings.

Are credits refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. Subscription fees and credits aren't refundable, and credits can't be exchanged for cash. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — cancelling does not cut you off mid-month. You can cancel any time from Plans & Credits in your settings.

What's the difference between Pro and Business?

Pro is built for an individual trader — including the MCP connector, so you can run bubi from Claude or ChatGPT. Business adds what a team needs on top: a shared workspace, role-based access, SSO and a security centre.

Do you charge per user?

No. Plans are priced by the monthly credits you choose, not by seats.

What does "2 months free" mean on the annual plan?

You pay for ten months and get twelve. Switch the toggle above to Annual and each card shows what that works out to per month.

Do I need my own broker account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You connect your own MetaTrader 4 or 5 account from your broker or prop firm. bubi is not a broker and never holds your funds — your money stays exactly where it already is.

Can bubi place trades without my permission?

Accepted Answer

Only if you give it that power, and you grant each one separately — reading your account, building playbooks, deploying them and placing trades are all distinct permissions you control. Even then, bubi never decides a trade of its own: it runs the rules you wrote, and you can stop any automation instantly.

Can I test a strategy before risking real money?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Run any playbook through the simulator against historical data and see how it would have behaved before you connect it to a live account. Simulated results are hypothetical — they are not a promise of future performance.

Can I use my own AI instead of bubi’s?

Yes. Connect Claude or ChatGPT through the MCP connector and your own assistant works your account through exactly the same governed permissions. Included on every paid plan.
